Ames Walker Return Policy

Ames Walker offers a 30-day return policy on all items purchased from their website. Items must be unused and in the original packaging in order to be returned. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when you return an item. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

There are two ways to return an item to Ames Walker:

  • Online returns: You can initiate an online return by going to the Ames Walker website and logging into your account. Click on the “Returns” tab and enter your order number and shipping zip code. Select the items you want to return and choose a return method (mail or in-store). Print out the return label or create a shipping label online. Package the items and ship them back to Ames Walker.
  • Mail returns: You can also return an item by mail by packaging the item and including a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Address the package to:Ames Walker Returns Department 300 Industrial Park Ave Asheboro, NC 27205

Ship the package back to Ames Walker.

Once Ames Walker receives your return, they will process it and issue a refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return. Exchanges will be processed as a new order.

Items that can be returned or exchanged:

  • Any item that is purchased from the Ames Walker website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. This includes compression garments, hosiery, and other medical supplies.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered
  • Items that are damaged or defective
  • Items that are not in their original condition or packaging

Receipt or proof of purchase:

  • You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when you return or exchange an item. This can be a physical receipt, a copy of an email receipt, or a credit card statement.

Shipping costs for returns:

  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to Ames Walker.

Return methods:

  • You can return or exchange items online or by mail.
    • Online returns: You can follow the steps outlined above to initiate an online return.
    • Mail returns: You can also return an item by mail by following the steps outlined above. You can also print out a return label from the Ames Walker website.
